0433 Basic electric meter
Student meter
Voltmeter and Ammeter with together.
Usage: DC Ampere-vlot meter is suitable in middle schools for students to measure the current &the volatge in the circuit.
Structure:Mainly consists of a shell&a meter.There are 9 terminals on the shell.Four black terminals in the left is for Ampere.& four red terminals in the right is for voltage.One terminal at the down side is the negative pole for both Ampere & Voltage.
The meter is of an electromagnetic type &consists of permanent magnetic steel.Pole terminals and coil etc.A coil is set in the magnetic field and it can defect around the central axis.On both ends of coil axis half springs are welded&one end of the axis is fitted with a pointer and on the holder panels of ampere value index,voltage value index and an arm to adjust zero are fixed.

Operation &maintenance
- Before use,first check if the pointer arms at the zero place.if not turn the zero adjust knob with a screwdriver to have it in the said place.
- While measuring DC ampere,it should be used with series connection with the circuit.The negative pole at the down side should be connected with negative pole of the tested goods,Before the connection,first evaluate the ampere of the circuit,then choose the concernced range in order not damage the meter due to overload.
- While measuring DC voltage,it should be used with parallel connection with the circuit..The negative pole at the down side should be connected with negative pole of the tested goods.Before the connection,First evaluate the voltage of the circuit,then choose the concerned range in order not damage the meter due to overload.
- Never let the meter severely knocked or shocked.Do not remove it a will because it has beens trictly inspected before EX-factory.
- Keep it clean.Against being invaded by corrosive gases or affected by strong magnetic field.
