1. General

The Instrument is of a small sized experimental instrument 

based on Cavendish torsion balance which is used to test and 

verify the constant of universal gravitation. The Instrument can 

be used to observe qualitatively the phenomenon of universal 

gravitation between objects, to measure quantitatively the 

constant G and to prove F∝1/r2. The Instrument can be used in experiment for students due to its apparent demonstrational 

effect.
