Safety sockets and cover on the primary

Large model transformer, ideal for lessons. The coils have intermediate outputs allowing numerous transformation ratios. In addition, one of them is equipped with a power cord avoiding the use of a power supply.

This transformer is mainly composed of a magnetic circuit, held with brackets (which allow disassembly). The flow through the primary is: F1 = n1 w F, F2 = n2 w F. Io

Composition:

1 magnetic circuit made up of high permeability sheets, U-shaped, which can be closed using two brackets with tightening screws.

1 coil of 6000 turns, 300 Ω Imax: 0.2 A.

Intermediate exit with 2000 turns.

1 coil of 600 turns, Imax: 2.2 A. Essentially intended to constitute the primary of the transformer. Equipped with a cover for better security. Supplied with 230 V power cord.

1 coil of 1200 turns 12 Ω. Imax: 1.2 A.

Has intermediate outputs at 400, 1200 turns.

1 coil of 72 turns, Imax: 12 A.

Has 6 intermediate outputs with 6, 24, 24, 12 and 6 turns. Allows to obtain voltages from 2 to 24 V. Comes with instructions.
