2. Along the bottom of pulmonary artery do the cut showing the inner structure of left atria, pulmonary artery and the main trunk of semi-lunar valve. Along the ventricle do slanting cut showing the inner structure of right ventricle.

2.1 The right atria show the stomata vena cava, lower vena cava valve, the stomata of coronary sinus, the valve of coronary sinus, and the stomata of the right atria and ventricle. And left atria shows the stomata of the left and right lungs vein and the stomata of the left atria and ventricle.
