1. Introduction
This meter is designed to measure DC voltage.
Composed of plastic case, analog indicating meter &input terminals, it is characterized at compact &durable structure, stable performance, easy operation and low cost.
The meter is main and ideal for students of middle schools, vocational schools and hobbyists.

3. Operation
3-1 Before measuring, please make sure this meter is put on a horizontal flat and screw ZERO-ADJUST knob to make the pointer to ZERO point unless the pinter is originally at ZERO point.
3-2 Choose the proper measuring range (if the meter is in double-range), be sure the voltage to be tested is no more than the range settled on the meter.
3-3 Connect this meter parallelly into circuit, make sure terminal marked ‘-’ is connected to negative pole, while terminal marked ‘+’or/and range value is connected to positive pole.
3-4 Read voltage value from the analog meter.

① This meter is designed to measure DC voltage, never attempt to measure current or any AC signals with this meter.
② Never measure a voltage which surpassed the range settled on the meter.
4. Maintenance
4-1 Read this manual carefully before usage.
4-2 The meter is well calibrated before sale, do not open it without engineer’s instruction.
4-3 To guarantee stable & good performance, never knock or shake this meter, always keep this meter clean and un-affected by strong magnetic field or corrosive gas.
